Area 1: Grasslands
You have to train the duck to run on a large and empty field. There are 3 tests in this running course: speed, endurance, and reaction.
- Speed: Control the duck to run down the underground stairs; there is only 1 way down. Run fast before everything is washed away.
- Endurance: The duck runs from side to side to avoid obstacles falling from above while eating as many coins as possible.
- Reaction: Use the 1, 2, 3, and 4 keys to avoid the corresponding numbered walls.

Area 5: City
This training is about endurance, balance, and skill.
- Jump Training 1: Train the duck to run or jump on blocks. Survive on them for as long as possible. If you fall or get crushed, you will lose. Use the left key to run and the right key to jump.
- Jump Training 2: Train the duck to balance on a pogo stick and jump higher to cross the gaps. Don't fall or lose balance.
- Jump Training 3: Practice moving in the air and follow the instructions in the right corner of the screen. Do it all in 30 seconds.
The challenge round will take place between the pink duck, the green duck, and the yellow duck. In the latest version, if you don't have any races with the green duck, you won't lose the duck, but you will lose the game.
Area 6: You have come to the final tournament
You have to defeat the green duck to get a ticket to the final round. Get enough energy to burn in this final round.
